Customised Products: No returns or exchanges. Replacement only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Customised Products: Exchange only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Size Exchanges: Available only for non-customised products, subject to stock availability.
