Refund & Exchange Policy

At Fabbear, we create premium personalised apparel. As many products are made-to-order, our policy is designed to ensure fairness and product integrity.

1. Customised Products

All customised products:

  • ❌ Not eligible for return or exchange

  • ✔️ Eligible only for replacement if:

    • Defective

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect product delivered

Report within:

48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Custom Products (Exchange Only)

  • ❌ No returns

  • ❌ No refunds

  • ✔️ Exchange allowed within 7 days of delivery

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags must be intact

  • Product must be in original packaging

3. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is allowed for:

  • Size issues

  • Product-related issues

Subject to stock availability.

If replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for exchange

  • Product images

5. Shipping for Exchange

  • Reverse pickup: YES

  • If unavailable, customer must self-ship

Shipping charges:

  • Customer bears exchange shipping cost

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided except:

    • Order cancelled within 12 hours

    • Order not fulfilled

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days

7. Cancellations

  • Allowed within 12 hours of placing order

  • Not allowed after processing begins (especially for customised items)

8. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept requests if:

  • Product is used or washed

  • Tags are removed

  • Request raised after allowed time

  • Wrong size selected for customised items

  • Minor color variations
