Fabbear is a premium India-based fashion brand offering minimal, personalised apparel including custom-initial t-shirts, vests, and caps. Our products are designed to combine simplicity, comfort, and individuality.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the website under parental supervision

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law

  • All information provided by you is accurate

3. Products & Customisation Policy

Fabbear offers both standard and customised products.

Customised Products

  • All customised products are made-to-order

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 12 hours of placing the order

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Correct spelling of initials/name

    • Correct size selection

Defective or Incorrect Products

We will only assist if:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)

  • Prices may change without prior notice

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

Orders are processed only after successful payment.

5. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive order confirmation via email/SMS

  • Fabbear reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Pricing errors

    • Stock issues

    • Fraudulent activity

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via third-party courier partners

Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard products: 3–7 business days

  • Customised products: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors. Fabbear is not responsible for courier delays.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customised Products

  • ❌ No return or exchange

  • ✔️ Replacement only if defective, damaged, or incorrect

Non-Custom Products

  • ❌ No returns

  • ✔️ Exchange allowed within 7 days of delivery

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed

  • Tags must be intact

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds except:

    • Order cancellation within allowed time

    • Order not fulfilled

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days
